Dr Cecilia So (Dental Surgeon) is an experienced dentist with practice limited with surgical dentistry, dental implant procedures and wisdom teeth removal. She is based in Strathfield, NSW Sydney. Dr So provides dental services in dental implant procedures and in wisdom teeth removal at her clinic based in Strathfield, NSW, Sydney.
As part of her dental training, Dr So has hospital based oral surgery training through the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital in the United Kingdom, and has Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery through the Royal College of Surgeons, London by examination.

Dr Cecilia So enjoys teaching and is involved in mentoring dentists through the Graduate Diploma of Clinical Dentistry at the University of Sydney and Graduate Diploma at Charles Sturt University. She is also a KOL and is an invited speaker for NSK Oceania, Straumann Dental Implants and Geistlich Pharma Australia.
Dr Cecilia So also teaches surgical dentistry for general dentists at the Australian Dental Association Centre for Professional Development, and particularly enjoys teaching new graduates about case selection and contemporary extraction procedures.
Dr Cecilia So (Dental Surgeon) is the secretary and Executive Committee member of the Australian Osseointegration Society, and is active in teaching and organising dental meetings such that dentists can share the latest knowledge. Dr Cecilia So is passionate about continuing education in dental implant procedures.
Dr Cecilia So has a volunteer dental charity clinic in Kampot, Cambodia which has also clinics in Takeo, Kampong Speu provinces where she has been involved with for ten years through Your AID (Asia Aid Ltd). The non-government organisation provides English classes, clean water, computer classes, oral hygiene education and provides free dental treatment to children in rural areas who cannot access dental care. Dr Cecilia So (Dental Surgeon) coordinates dental volunteer trips through www.youraid.org.au. She is on the Board of Directors for Asia Aid and is an active member of the Board. She has been awarded a Fellowship of the International College of Dentists for her Humanitarian work.
Dr Cecilia So is also a visiting lecturer and organising committee member for the Graduate Diploma of Oral Implants at the University of Puthisastra, in Phnom Phen, Cambodia and enjoys being involved in delivering the first tertiary education based Implant course in Cambodia.
In her spare time, Dr Cecilia So enjoys snow camping, hiking, skiing and kayaking, and photography, she loves the Australian outdoors and being active in nature.
